Treatment Information

All scheduled session time blocks include pre-interview, hands on time, post discussion and payment. We ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time with a fee equal to the original service scheduled. We ask that women seeking pain relief or athlete care bring clothing that consists of a tank top and loose fitting shorts. Most men are comfortable wearing loose fitting shorts for these types of sessions as well. Those seeking a more traditional massage style session will be asked to undress to their comfort level, being draped appropriately according to New York State guidelines. 

 

Payments

We are now requiring new patients put a credit card on file to complete the booking of their appointment. You will NOT be charged at this time using this platform UNLESS you violate our cancellation or no show policies. Payment is due upon receipt of your service in office.  Cash, HSA and Flexible Spend Account cards, credit card and check(checks are NOT accepted for first time patients) are accepted. Gratuities are never expected but are respectfully appreciated. All packages, services rendered or gift certificates are final and will not be fully or partially refunded under any circumstances. No sharing of packages is allowed.

 

Scheduling & Cancellations

Your business is valued, and your cooperation is appreciated. We ask that you help us by keeping your scheduled appointments and arriving on time. Depending on our booking schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked and full payment is required.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled appointments. There is no fee for appointments cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You are required to put a credit card on file and agree to our cancellation policies. Any appointments cancelled the day of service are charged at 50% of the cost of the service. Clients are liable for missed / no show appointments and are charged 100% of the service fee. We will immediately charge the card on file in these instances. If you are reaching out to cancel an appointment, you must speak directly with a company representative. If you leave a voicemail or text message and do not receive a confirmed message from us, it is your responsibility to ensure your message has been received to avoid a charge. Any further appointments scheduled will require full payment in advance.
